Export, Sharing and External Actions
The app can generate export summaries and action packs, and these may be copied, saved or shared through Android system actions such as the share sheet. This occurs only when the user chooses it. An exported file remains wherever the user decides to keep it.
Contact and other user-initiated actions may open services outside the app, such as a browser, an email client, a maps application or the Android share sheet. Those services are operated by other parties and handle information under their own privacy practices. If a user emails the company, the company receives the email address used and the contents of the message.
Important Use Notice
Outputs produced by the app are planning aids. They summarise user-entered observations and what still needs consideration in each zone, and they are intended for informational and practical planning purposes. Retention and Deletion
Local planning data remains on the device until the user removes it. The app provides controls to delete individual records and to clear all local data, and clearing the app's local data or uninstalling the application removes the remaining local content.
Exported files remain wherever the user has saved, copied or shared them, and the company holds no copy to delete. If the application is removed, local data may be lost unless it has been exported beforehand.
