What precise electrical install does not take on

  • Rewiring older houses sits outside our scope, so if your home needs a full rewire we will point you towards a domestic electrician who does that work every day.
  • Fire alarm and emergency lighting systems fall under separate certification, and we do not hold that accreditation, so those installations are better handled by a specialist contractor.
  • Because we stick to smart building electrical systems, we turn down one-off socket additions and small domestic repairs that have nothing to do with building controls.
  • We will not quote for solar panel or battery storage installations, as that side of the trade needs its own MCS registration and we would rather be honest than overreach.
